「心地良い週末の昼下がり」がコンセプトのhotel it. のパーティweekend brunchが、オプーニングレセプションも兼ねて去る6/1に開催されました。weekend brunchは今後シリーズとして毎シーズン行っていく15:00〜20:00のアフタヌーンパーティ。6月の土曜日の午後の日差しが差し込むit. livingには200人を超える大勢のゲストが来場、想い想い過ごすリラックスした雰囲気となりました。
今回のmusic selectorは、ベルリンを拠点にエレクトロニック・ミュージックアーティスト / DJとして活躍するHITO、ヨーロッパを中心に良質なリリースを重ねるSUDO、大阪のロングランパーティYOUAREHERE主宰JUNICHI KUWATAの3人のベテランアーティスト達がダンスフロアとは一味違うスマートなDJスタイルを披露しました。

それは、3D SOUND DESIGNER / 音響監督 katsuyuki seto氏のディレクションによる可聴領域を超えた周波数帯までをカバーした立体音響システムによる3D環境音と、DJのプレイするサウンドのフロアへの音の広がりを綿密に計算して作られた最新鋭スピーカー、L-Acoustics社の最新SYVAによる、二つの音のレイヤーにあります。

ブランチパーティならではのフード。
朝食で人気のit. homemade granolaが登場。薪窯でローストしたプレーングラノーラ、ローナッツと無着色のドライフルーツを、自家製の新鮮なヨーグルトで食べるグラノーラはおいしさだけでなくヘルシーなメニュー。安心して食べれるグラノーラ、子供達にも人気絶大。小腹が空いた＆ビールのつまみが恋しい大人たちには、薪窯で焼いたピッツァを提供、どちらも盛況で終始ゲストの列ができていました。
心斎橋の自家焙煎スペシャルティコーヒー専門店、LiLo Coffee Roastersからはオーナーが駆けつけてくれました。やはりコーヒーのプロの淹れた一杯は別格！

日が傾いてきてテラスのランプが灯る頃、この日のメインゲストHITOがDJブースに登場、DJ ミキサーは、HITO自身がアンバサダーを務めるPLAYdifferentlyのMODEL 1。UKにおいて、Andy Rigby-JonesとRichie Hawtinの監修の元に作られたこのDJミキサーは、レコーディングスタジオのコンソールと同等の設計と直感的なプレイアビリティを両立させた最新のマシン。

HITOによるスペシャルなDJセットはもちろんヴァイナルでのプレイ、日が落ちて夜のムードとなったit. livingはクライマックスタイム。スリリングでウォームなアナログサウンドを響かせてくれました。
週末の午後の時間帯、ハイクオリティな食と音と居心地を求める。
いわば、とっても贅沢な「おやつの時間」の追求がコンセプトの、ちょっと大人なhotel it.のホームパーティシリーズ。weekend brunch、スタートです！
A brunch party called “weekend brunch” was held at hotel it. on June 1st under the concept of “relaxing weekend afternoon”.
“weekend brunch” is an afternoon party between 3 pm to 8 pm that will go every season as a party series.
Over 200 guests enjoyed a relaxing afternoon at it. living with the warm Saturday afternoon sunlight coming in.
The music selectors this time were HITO —electronic music artist / DJ based in Berlin—, SUDO —techno artist who releases good quality techno music in Europe— and JUNICHI KUWATA —organizer of a long-running party “YOUAREHERE”—. The three seasoned artists showed off smart DJ styles which were totally different from ordinary dance floor style.
The secret of the comfort that the sound system of it.living makes is the two layers of sound that consist of the 3D environmental sound by the stereophonic sound system that covers up to the frequency band beyond the audible range by the direction of 3D SOUND DESIGNER, KATSUYUKI SETO, and the speakers made by L-acoustics’s latest product SYVA which is carefully calculated to spread the sound to the floor well.
For the party food, We offered our popular breakfast menu “it. homemade granola”.
It’s not only delicious but also healthy snack, containing braise roasted plain granola, raw nuts and uncolored dry fruits with homemade Caspian sea yogurt. This safe and tasty granola was hugely popular with children. For adults who are hungry and misses nibbles for their beer, we also offered wood-fired pizza, both of which were in full swing with guests.
The owner of LiLo Coffee Roasters, a specialty store-roasted coffee shop in Shinsaibashi, also came. After all, a professional cup of coffee is special!
The main guest of this day, HITO appeared in the DJ booth when the sun was leaning and the lamp on the terrace was lit. The DJ mixer is MODEL 1 from PLAYdifferently where HITO herself acts as an ambassador. This DJ mixer is the latest machine that combines intuitive operation performance and the same design as a recording studio console, which was built under the supervision of Andy Rigby-Jones and Richie Hawtin in the UK.
Special DJ set by HITO. She played vinyl. The sun fell and it.living got
night vides, and it became a climax time. She gave a thrilling, warm analog sound to it. living.
