A. We will not charge any cancellation fees if you cancel your reservation up to two days of your arrival in advance. Any cancelation after that will incur the cancellation fee.Q. Can children stay free of charge?
A. Children under the age of 6 can stay for free in the same bed as a parent. However, If you would like an extra bed, or if your child is 7 years or older, we ask for the same price as an adult.Q. Can minors stay at the hotel without adults?
A. Minors (under the age of 18) are able to stay without adults, but they need to get permission from their parents. We request to write a consent form to their parents, and minor guests need to print out/submit the form (one form, one person) to us when they check-in. If they refused to write/submit a consent form, we could not allow minor guests to stay at our hotel.Q. Can pets stay with me?
A. We do not allow pets to stay at the hotel. We do, however, allow guide dogs, service dogs, and hearing assistant dogs to stay. Please let us know in advance.Q. Is there a curfew?
A. There are no curfews. However, the entrance on the 1st floor is locked between 0:00 and 5:00 am. The door opens if you place your room key over the card reader. If you do not have the key, please ring the intercom.Q. Can I have breakfast in the hotel?
A. Yes, “it.oven” on the lobby floor serves breakfast every morning from 7 am to 10 am (L.O. 9:30 am). No reservation needed.Q. Do the rooms have internet access?
